User Content & Inputs: resumes, cover letters, job preferences, career goals, chat prompts, and other uploaded documents. Uploaded documents (including resumes and cover letters) may be stored by Yotru to provide Services, support your account, and improve system performance.
Payment Information: payment method details (processed via third-party processors; we do not store full payment data).
Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device type, session data, cookies, interaction data, AI generation logs.
Feedback & Communication: any inquiries, reviews, support messages, survey responses, or feedback provided.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain our Services.
Generate AI-assisted resumes, cover letters, and related career content.
Personalize your experience and provide tailored suggestions or insights.
Monitor and improve the accuracy, quality, and performance of our AI tools and features, including by reviewing anonymized or pseudonymized user interactions and chat logs.
Use uploaded documents (including resumes and cover letters) in anonymized or pseudonymized form for analytics, statistics, feature development, training internal models, improving AI performance, and trend analysis. We will never publish personally identifiable resume data without your explicit consent.
Analyze user behavior and usage trends to optimize platform functionality.
Provide customer support and respond to inquiries or issues.
Communicate important updates, announcements, security notices, and marketing messages (you can opt out of marketing communications).
Process transactions and manage billing and payments.
Enforce our Terms of Use and protect the rights, property, and safety of our users and services.
Comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

Manual Review of User Inputs: Some AI-generated content, uploaded documents, and chat-based inputs may be manually reviewed by authorized Yotru team members for debugging, system improvement, or support purposes. We apply strict internal access controls and minimize exposure of personal data.

4. AI-Generated Content & User Responsibility

AI-generated content may contain errors, bias, or inaccuracies.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing generated documents before use.
Yotru disclaims liability for AI-generated outputs and any consequences from using them.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share your data with:

Service Providers (hosting, analytics, payment, AI providers).
Business Partners (only if you opt in to share your resume).
Legal authorities (to comply with law).
Corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, restructuring).

Your data may be processed in Canada and other jurisdictions.

We apply safeguards consistent with GDPR and PIPEDA.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Account data and uploaded documents (including resumes and cover letters) are stored until you delete your account or request deletion.

Upon deletion, documents are removed from active processing.

Aggregated or anonymized data derived from resumes, inputs, or usage patterns may be retained for analytics, reporting, and system improvement, but cannot be used to identify you personally.

9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate, personalize, and improve our Services.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You use our Services at your own risk.
